Checking the IP Address Set on the Machine
To check the IP address, follow the steps below.

If the IP address is displayed as "0.0.0.0"
The address is not set properly. Set the IP address again.
To check that settings are correct

If connected to a switching hub, etc.
Even if the IP address is set correctly, it may not be possible to connect to the network. In this instance, delay the machine's start timing for communication and connect again.
How to set,  1 Select <Menu> in the Home Screen. 2 Select <Preferences> <Network>.If a login screen is displayed, Department ID Management or System Manager IDs have been set on the machine.
