Printing Results in Text Corruption

A possible cause may be that the printer driver is not correctly installed or that there is a problem with the document. Check the following.

Are you using an appropriate printer driver?

Check whether a printer driver appropriate for the machine is installed.
When you perform printing, check whether a printer driver appropriate for the machine is selected.

Isn't there a problem with the printer driver?

Reinstall the printer driver. For more information about the installation procedure, see the manuals for the relevant drivers on the online manual website.

Are you printing with USB connection?

Change the USB cable. If you are using a long USB cable, replace it with a short one.
If you are using a USB hub, connect the machine directly to your computer using a USB cable. If communication is not possible only when a USB hub is used, contact the manufacturer of your USB hub.

Does character corruption occur when you print a certain document or print with a certain application?

Create the document in question from scratch or import the document content into a new file, and then try printing again.
Check whether the document can be printed correctly from a different application. If the result is successful, it indicates that there is a problem with the original application. Contact the application maker.
