Decreasing the fixing speed may improve the situation.
Decrease the speed by: Press 
→ [Preferences] → [Paper Settings] → [Paper Type Management Settings] → select the problematic paper type → [Details/Edit] → [Change] for <Adjust Fixing Speed>.
