How to Hold a Job for Future Printing
By archiving a job that is going to be printed many times in the future, you can reprint it in Command WorkStation. Check the solution below.

Click [PRINTED] or [HELD] in Command WorkStation.

Right-click the job you want to archive and click [Archive].

Specify the archive location if necessary and click [OK].
The job is stored in the archived queue.
