Machine Does Not Operate

A possible cause may be that the power cord and cables are not connected correctly or the machine is in sleep mode. Check the following.

Is the machine turned ON? Is the power cord connected?

If the machine is turned ON but does not respond, turn it OFF, check whether the power cord is connected correctly, and turn it back ON.
Unplug the power cord from the outlet and the machine, and plug it again.
Unplug the power cord from the outlet, and plug it into another outlet.
Check whether power is supplied through the power cord. Replace the power cord with another, or use a voltmeter to check whether the cord is not broken.

Has the machine just been turned ON?

Wait a while until the machine starts up.

Are all the cables connected correctly?

Check whether these cables are connected correctly. Use care not to mix up cable ports.
USB port (for USB device connection)
USB port (for computer connection)
LAN port

Is sleep mode activated?

If you leave the machine unattended for a specific period of time, it enters sleep mode for power conservation, not allowing you to operate it. To exit sleep mode, press the key with the  mark.
