[Windows] Cannot view or edit an address book
You cannot access or edit the address book registered in the fax driver in the following cases.
NOTE
Screens and operations may differ, depending on the environment of your computer and the following conditions.
The device you are using and its settings, firmware version, and option configuration
The driver you are using and its version
If you do not have access privileges for the destination folder of the address book
Perform one of the following.
Request your administrator to grant you access privileges for the destination folder.
Change the location of the address book to a folder for which you have access privileges.
The location of an address book can be changed on the [Select Destination] sheet 
[Edit Address Book] [Specify a Folder], from the print settings screen of the fax driver or from the [Fax Sending Settings] screen.

Use Generic FAX driver v10.20 or later to access/edit an address book on a network.
