[Windows] The layout of the print data on the paper is incorrect

If the print range is incorrect or part is missing, there may be a problem with the zoom ratio or gutter setting.
Check the following to resolve the problem.

Is the print data set to a range that can be printed?

Confirm the printable area of the device, and correct the print data in the application you are using.

Is the setting in [Output Size] the same as the paper size loaded in the device?

The layout of the print data will be incorrect if the paper size loaded in the device does not match the setting on the [Basic Settings] or [Page Setup] sheet [Output Size] of the driver.
Match the setting in [Output Size] with the paper size loaded in the device.

Is a suitable zoom ratio set?

A suitable zoom ratio must be set in order for the layout of the print data to be correct.
Change the zoom ratio setting in the [Basic Settings] or [Page Setup] sheet [Manual Scaling] [Scaling] on the print settings screen of the driver.

Is the gutter setting suitable?

The layout of the print data will be incorrect if the gutter setting is too large and print space is insufficient.
Change the gutter setting in the [Finishing] sheet [Gutter] on the print settings screen of the driver.

Are 2-sided printing and scaling set when printing data containing different page sizes?

If the page size of the data to print differs for the front side and back side, the layout of the back side is changed to match the size of the front side.
This may be able to be avoided by selecting [Disabled] for [Other Settings]  [Spooling at Host] on the [Device Settings] sheet.
