[Windows] Cannot use saved form files
If saved form files cannot be used, overlay printing may not be set correctly.
Follow the procedure below to configure the settings.

Display the [Page Setup] sheet from the print settings screen of the driver.

Click [Page Options].

Display the [Overlay] sheet of the displayed dialog box.

Select [Processing Method] 
[Use Overlay Printing].
[Use Overlay Printing].
