Communication may not be allowed via the UDP port in Windows Firewall. Follow the procedure below to allow communication via the UDP port.

Select [Configurações]

On the [Windows Defender Firewall com Segurança Avançada] screen, select [Regras de Entrada] → select [Ação] [Nova regra].

Select [UDP] → enter "56338" in [Portas locais específicas] → click [Avançar].

Select [Permitir a conexão] → click [Avançar].

Select [Particular] only → click [Avançar].

Enter an arbitrary name in [Nome] → click [Concluir].
