Printing My Fax Number or Company Name on the Recipient's Printed-out Received Fax (MF756Cx / MF469x / MF465dw / MF275dw / MF274dn)
How to specify settings to relay the sender's information registered on the machine, such as the fax number or the unit name, to the recipient is described here.

Select <Menu> in the Home screen.

Select <Function Settings> 
<Send> <Fax Settings> <TX Terminal ID>.
<Send> <Fax Settings> <TX Terminal ID>.3
Select <On> in <Add TX Terminal ID>.
To specify the printed position,
<Print Position>
To print sender information on the image of the sent document, select <Inside Image Area>. To print sender information outside of the image, select <Outside Image Area>.

Select <Apply>.
