Mail Merge Printing
"Mail Merge printing" enables you to print a document after replacing only specific sections of pages. For example, on documents such as direct mail, you may want to change only the address and recipient while leaving the rest of the document unchanged.
Replaceable data is called a "record", and can use data from places such as address books and databases.
A replaceable area on the page is called a "Mail Merge field", and can be set for replaceable text ("text field"), or replaceable images ("image field"). Mail Merge field settings are specified in the Mail Merge Print Settings Mode of Desktop Editor. To save Mail Merge print settings in a document, save the document in the IWB format (*.iwb).
