Overview of Quick Printing Tool

The Quick Printing Tool is an application that enables device functions such as printing and faxing to be operated more intuitively. When you create a Quick Printing Tool, your printer or fax is displayed on the desktop screen of Windows as an icon that is easy to see.

The Quick Printing Tool can monitor the status and print/fax jobs of external devices such as imageRUNNER ADVANCE devices and manage the print/fax log, in the same way as Printer Monitor. It can also display icons for the device status and job status, and notify users of fax reception using a sound. Printer Monitor only monitors the device status and print/fax jobs of devices set as monitoring targets, but the Quick Printing Tool performs these operations in each device set for monitoring.
