If the Computer Running Desktop Has Been Damaged

If a computer with an authenticated license has failed, you can transfer the license to another computer and use the software on that computer. In this case, contact the Customer Service Center and request that the license be returned, recover the license, and authenticate it on another computer.
NOTE
To restore the license, contact the Customer Service Center. You need to have the license access number ready when calling. For more information, see the "License Registration Guide".
