Connecting to Libraries

Connect to a library and use folders and documents saved in that library.

Select a library in the Navigation Pane.

Displays items stored in the library in the File List View Pane.

If the following dialog box is displayed, proceed to step 2.

Note
When you reconnect to the library after disconnecting using the [File] menu > [Disconnect Library], select the [File] menu > [Connect to Library] to display the [Connect to Library] dialog box and proceed to step 2.

Enter the user name and password > click [OK].

If the entered user name and/or password are not valid, connection to the shared library will not be established when you click [OK] and the following dialog box will be displayed again. [Connect to Library] dialog box Confirmation dialog box When registering a Document Server Library, if you register an invalid path to a library containing a folder, you will become unable to connect to a library even if it was registered correctly. Check the path to the library and delete the one with the invalid path.

Note

When registering a Document Server Library, if you register an invalid path to a library containing a folder, you will become unable to connect to a library even if it was registered correctly. Check the path to the library and delete the one with the invalid path.
