Deleting Memos

This section describes how to delete memos that have been added to documents.
1.
Select the document from the File List View Pane.
2.
Click  (Delete Memo) on the Toolbar.
Or, follow one of the steps described below.
Select the [File] menu > [Delete Memo].
Right-click and select [Delete Memo].
A confirmation dialog box on deleting the selected memo is displayed.
Note
If buttons are not displayed on the Desktop Browser Toolbar, set the buttons on the Toolbar. For more information, see the following.
Once a memo is deleted, it cannot be undone.
3.
Click [Yes].
The memo is deleted from the document.
