Converting Annotations When Moving/Copying PDF Documents between Libraries

You can set whether to convert attached annotations in a PDF into the PDF format when moving or copying a PDF to another library.

Note
By converting annotations, you can view PDF annotations created with Desktop V3.0.0 or earlier in Adobe Acrobat or other PDF viewers. Annotations made with this version of Desktop can be viewed in Adobe Acrobat and other PDF viewers without conversion.

Select the [Settings] menu > [System Settings] from the Desktop Browser screen.

The [System Settings] dialog box is displayed.

[Settings] > [System Settings] > [Browser] > [Edit/Operation Documents] > [Convert when moving/copying PDF documents between libraries]

Select [Convert when moving/copying PDF documents between libraries].

Click [OK].
