Setting the Icons Displayed in the Annotation Editor Toolbar

You can set the buttons that are displayed in the Annotation Editor Toolbar.
Note
Depending on the window size, even if an icon is added to the Toolbar it may not be displayed. In this case, follow the operations below.
Change the display order of the buttons.
Make the window size bigger.
Click .

Select the [View] menu > [Toolbar Settings].
Or, right-click the Toolbar and select [Toolbar Settings].
The [Toolbar Settings] dialog box is displayed.

Set the buttons displayed in the Toolbar.
When adding buttons to the Toolbar
Select the button to display in the Toolbar in [Available Toolbar Buttons].
Click [Add].
If you add a button to [Current Toolbar Buttons], the changes are reflected in the Toolbar before closing the dialog box.
When deleting buttons in the Toolbar
Select the button to delete from the Toolbar in [Current Toolbar Buttons].
Click [Delete].
If you delete a button from [Current Toolbar Buttons], the changes are reflected in the Toolbar before closing the dialog box.
Note
When [Destination Folder] is displayed, all the Document Destination Folders that have been registered are displayed. When [Destination Folder] is hidden, all the Document Destination Folders that have been registered are hidden. Document Destination Folders cannot be individually displayed or hidden. The order for displaying multiple destination folders depends on the order displayed in the Output Bar of Desktop Browser.

To change the order of the buttons in the Toolbar, select the button to move from [Current Toolbar Buttons], then click [Up]/[Down].
Clicking [Up]/[Down] each time changes the display order of the buttons in the Toolbar.
Note
You can change the order of, add, or delete buttons by dragging and dropping.
By clicking [Restore Defaults], you can return the Toolbar buttons to their default settings.
By deselecting [Display button name on toolbar], you can hide button names in the Toolbar.

Click [Close].
