Editing the Date Format of Text/Date Stamps

You can edit the date format of text/date stamps.
1.
Select  to the right of or in the Object Palette Pane.
Or, follow one of the steps described below.
Select the [Annotation] menu > [Text Stamp].
Select the [Annotation] menu > [Date Stamp].
The submenu or the pull-down menu is displayed.

Select a text/date stamp to insert.
The properties of the selected text/date stamp are displayed in the Object Palette Pane.

Click [Edit Date and Time].
The [Edit Date and Time] dialog box is displayed.
Note
You cannot click [Edit Date and Time] for a text stamp that does not contain a date. To add a date to a text stamp, see the following.

Configure the date settings in the [Edit Date and Time] dialog box.
[Display Sample]
The date format that will be displayed in the stamp is displayed here.
[Date and Time]
Set the time that will be inserted. Select [Set Current Time and Date] or [Set Fixed Time and Date].
[Set Current Time and Date]
Insert the current time into the stamp.
[Set Fixed Time and Date]
Specify the time to insert into the stamp.
[Date]
Enter the date to insert. By clicking , you can specify a date from the calendar.
[Time]
Enter the time. You can enter a time in one second increments. You can also click after placing the mouse cursor over the hour/minute/second to adjust the time in increments of one hour, one minute, or one second.
[Format]
Select the date format to display. Enter this directly, or select the date format from the pull-down list displayed when you click .
[Calendar Type]
Select the calendar type from the list in the pull-down menu displayed when you click .
[AM/PM Symbol]
Select the AM/PM symbol from the list in the pull-down menu displayed when you click .

Click [OK].
