Printer List

The following printers are displayed in the printer list.

Printers set as application-enabled ports

Printers set as standard TCP/IP ports

Printers set as LPT1 ports

Note
If the settings are not updated, the printer cannot be used. When you finish configuring the settings, make sure to update them.

To update the settings, click

(Update) in the Toolbar.

Or, select the [File] menu > [Update].

Note
For printers that have not had their settings updated, (Printers that can be added/updated) is displayed at the beginning of Printer Name in the printer list. Printer names are shown sorted in ascending order the first time they are displayed.

[Printer Name]	Displays the printer icon and the printer name. The printer icon may vary depending on the printer status. : Registered printers : Registered default printer : Printers that can be added/updated : Default printer in need of updating
[Port Name]	Displays the port name.
[Description]	Displays the description of the port obtained from the OS.
[Device Name]	Displays the device name.

Note
By clicking on "Item Name" in the list, you can sort the list in ascending or descending order. By double-clicking on the printer name in the displayed list, the printer properties window is displayed. By right-clicking on the printer name in the displayed list, the pop-up menu is displayed. The description of the port displayed in [Description] may vary depending on your OS. Printers that support BMLinkS integrated printer driver or CAPT printer driver are not listed.

Note
