Setting the Authenticated User Name as the Sender Name (TTI)

If logging in using SSO-H, the login name appears in <100> of Sender Name (TTI). If this mode is set to 'On', the login name in <100> is used as the default value for Sender Name.
If you are using the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C350i/C250i, this mode can be set when the Fax function is available for use. For information on the optional products required to use the Fax function, see "Optional Products Required for Each Function."

Press (Settings/Registration).

Press [Function Settings] → [Send] → [Fax Settings].
3.
Press [Use Auth. User Name as Sender Name] → [On] → [OK].
Press [Off] if you do not want to use the authenticated user name as the sender name.
