Maximum Data Size for Send
You can set the maximum data size for outgoing e-mail messages and I-fax documents. If an e-mail message exceeds this data size limit, it is split up into several e-mail messages before being sent. However, if an I-fax transmission exceeds the data size limit, it is handled as an error, and not sent.

(Settings/Registration).

Press [Function Settings] → [Send] → [E-Mail/I-Fax Settings].

Press [Maximum Data Size for Sending].
4.
Press [-] or [+] to specify the maximum data size for sending → [OK].

Set the maximum data size for sending lower than the data limit for the mail server.
If you enter '0' MB as the data size, there is no size limit on the data that is sent.

When sending a document of large data size via e-mail or I-fax, you can set to divide the data for transmission. For information on dividing data for sending, see "Specifying a Destination by Entering an E-mail Address."
