Printing from a Computer

The following operations and settings are required to print from a computer with the machine.

1. Connect the machine to a computer.

To connect via a network

Communication Environment Setup
To connect via USB*
Connecting to a USB Interface
*Proceed to step 3 after connecting the machine.

2. Set the machine for the type of network you are using.

For a TCP/IP network

For a NetWare network

For an SMB/CIFS network

3. Install the printer driver in the computer to use.
