Displaying the Remaining Toner Error Message
You can set the machine to display a message indicating that the remaining toner is low. This message is useful because it gives a user plenty of time to check their toner stock, and ensure the availability of replacement toner.
1.
Press 
(Settings/Registration).

Press [Preferences] → [Display Settings] → [Display Remaining Toner Error Message].

Press [On] → [OK].
Press [Off] if you do not want to display the Remaining Toner Error Message screen.
You can clear the message screen by pressing [Close]. However, the message will be displayed every time the machine returns from the Sleep mode or when the main power is turned ON.
