Automatically Deleting Failed Jobs
You can automatically delete the file from memory when transmission of a file has failed.

Press

Press [Function Settings] → [Send] → [Common Settings].

Press [Delete Failed TX Jobs].
4.
Press [On] → [OK].
Select [Off] to store the file in memory if the transmission ends in an error. You can resend files whose transmissions have failed, or change the destinations and resend the files from the Status Monitor/Cancel screen. (See "Resending Jobs/Changing Destination.")
