Restricting Printer Jobs
You can set the machine to accept print jobs from the printer driver.

To specify Restrict Printer Job settings, it is necessary to log in as an administrator. For information on the types of administrators, see "Administrator Settings."

Press 
(Settings/Registration).
(Settings/Registration).2.
Press [Function Settings] → [Printer] → [Restrict Printer Jobs].

Press [On] → [OK].
If you select [On], printer jobs other than secure print jobs are restricted.
