User Access Control for Advanced Space

[User Access Control for Advanced Space] is an authentication application that enables you to perform user authentication when you want to access files in the Shared/Personal Space in the Advanced Space with authentication management and when you want to use the SMB Print function with SMB authentication set. The administrator can restrict the access and output of data for each user by setting access privileges for general users of the Shared/Personal Space.

IMPORTANT
To set SMB authentication, set <Use SMB Authentication> in [Preferences] (Settings/Registration) to 'On'. (See "SMB and WINS Settings.") For information on the Advanced Space, see "Advanced Space" (Scan and Store) and "Advanced Space" (Access Stored Files).
