Importing an Address Book
1.
From the [File] menu in the Canon FAX Utility, select [Address Book] → [Import] → [File]/[Address Book of Fax Driver v.3.70 or Earlier].
The [Open Address Book] dialog box is displayed.

Select the file to import → select either [Use primary number as home fax number] or [Use primary number as work fax number] → click [Open].
When importing as a group: Select [Import the selected file as a group] → enter a name in [Group Name].

CSV files (*.csv) and extended LDIF files (*.abk) can be imported. Only commas (,) are supported as separators in CSV format.
