Exporting an Address Book

From the [File] menu in the Canon FAX Utility, select [Address Book] → [Export].

The [Save Address Book] dialog box is displayed.

Specify [Save As], [Where], and [Format] → click [Save].

IMPORTANT
Address books can be saved as CSV files (.csv) and extended LDIF files (.abk). Only commas (,) are supported as separators in CSV format. Saved files can be imported by Mac and Windows version fax drivers and the machine. If you are saving an address book as an extended LDIF file, destinations that have both a home fax number and work fax number registered are saved as 2 separate destinations.
