Attention (Import/Export)

CAUTION
Do not turn OFF the machine until the import or export process is complete.
It may take a few minutes to complete the process. Do not turn OFF the machine until the process is complete, as this may result in damage to the machine.

Before executing the Import or Export menu
Make sure that no job is currently processing.
Press [] (Energy Saver) on the operation panel to cancel the sleep mode.
During the export/import process
Do not use the machine.
NOTE
[Import/Export] screen
The [Import/Export] screen is displayed only when logged on in system manager mode.
If you register new data in address book
The new address book overwrites the destinations currently registered.
Number of destinations that can be registered in the address book
Up to one hundred four destinations can be registered (up to four destinations in one-touch keys and up to one hundred destinations in coded dial codes).
A destination instance is regarded as a destination.
