[Import/Export] screen:The [Import/Export] screen is displayed only when you log on in system manager mode.

When registering new file contents:The new address book overwrites the currently registered destinations.

Number of registrations in the address book:You can register up to 104 destinations (one-touch keys: 4 destinations and coded dial: 100 destinations). Each instance of destination information is counted as one destination.
