Press to switch the mode to copy or scan.

Press to select the setting for printing multiple documents onto one sheet.
The indicator of selected setting will be lit up and also the item will be displayed on the LCD.

Press to select the setting for printing on both sides of paper.
The indicator of selected setting will be lit up and also the item will be displayed on the LCD.

Press to specify or register various settings.

Press to manually print reports and lists. You can also specify whether to
report automatically.

Press to select the image quality for copy.

Blinks during transmission and turns on when the machine has waiting jobs.

Blinks when an error occurs.

During normal operation, displays messages and prompts.
When adjusting the settings, displays your selections, text, and numbers.

Resets the settings.

Press to return to the previous screen.

Press to scroll up or to increase the value.

Press to scroll down or to decrease the value.

Press to return to the previous screen, or move the cursor to the left.

Press to proceed to the next screen, or move the cursor to the right.

Press to confirm an action or setting.

Press to view the status of jobs or cancel jobs. You can also check the status of the machine.

Press to specify paper size and type for the paper cassette.

Press to enter characters and numbers.

Press to switch the character entry mode.

Press to enter symbols.

Press to reduce noise from the engine of the machine.

Press to delete entered characters and numbers.

Press to manually set or cancel the Sleep mode. The Energy Saver indicator lights green while in the sleep mode.

Press to cancel jobs.

Press to start copying or scanning.
