Retrieving a Fax from a Sender's Fax Machine (Polling Receiving)
You can retrieve pre-loaded documents from a sender's fax machine.

] (FAX/COPY) to switch to the FAX mode screen.

Use the numeric keys to enter sender's fax number.

] to highlight <Start Receiving>, and then press [OK].

The fax is retrieved from the sender's machine.

To use the Polling Receiving function:The sender's machine must be set to use the polling sending function and documents must be loaded.

The number of sender that you can specify:You can retrieve faxes from one sender's machine at a time.
