Residual Images Appear on Non-printed Areas
Perform one of the following solutions according to the cause.
<Cause 1> Appropriate paper is not being used.

Replace the paper with that which can be used with this printer.

<Cause 2> Depending on the paper type or the operating environment (high humidity or high temperature environment), residual images may appear on non-printed areas.

Perform the following procedure in the printer driver.

If you change the settings, the toner may not fix onto paper well, and the printing may come out faint.

<Cause 3> The drum in the toner cartridge is deteriorated.

Replace the toner cartridge with a new one.
