Data Is Not Printed in the Correct Color (Specified Color) Due to Color Mismatch

Perform one of the following solutions according to the cause.

<Cause 1> The toner cartridges are not installed properly.

Solution
Check the installation status of the toner cartridges.

<Cause 2> Any of the four color toner cartridges is almost out of toner, or the drum in any of the toner cartridges has deteriorated.

Check the installation status of the toner cartridges.
Solution 2
Correct the color mismatch.
Solution 3
Check the status of the toner cartridges.
Replace the toner cartridge that is almost empty with a new one.

<Cause 3> Appropriate paper is not being used.

Solution
Replace the paper with that which can be used with this printer.

<Cause 4> Data was sent before completing calibration or when the printer was turned ON.

Solution
Make sure that calibration is completed before sending data to the printer.
You can specify whether or not to perform calibration when turning the printer ON.

Laser printers are manufactured with technology of high precision. A color mismatch may be slightly conspicuous depending on the print image. Please note that this is due to the structure of laser printers and is not a printer malfunction.
