The Flap of the Printed Envelope Sticks

Perform the following procedure.

<Cause> The envelope is inappropriate.

Solution 1
Replace the envelope with that which can be used with this printer.

Solution 2
Set [Special Env. Mode] to [On].
"[Setup] Menu ([User Maintenance] Options)"
Normally, use the printer with [Special Env. Mode] set to [Off]. Change the settings only if the described problems occur.
