Perform one of the following solutions according to the cause.
<Cause 1> The data is printed from Windows without the supplied printer driver installed for Windows.

Install the supplied printer driver for Windows, and then print again.

<Cause 2> The printer setting in the DOS application is not appropriate.

Specify the printer setting in the DOS application to the one that is compatible with this printer.
