Setting the User Group to Register the Server Administrator

'Canon Peripheral Admins' is set in advance as the user group of the System Administrator (Administrator). The users that belong to this group can use the administrator menu as the System Administrator (Administrator). Specify the settings if you want to change the group that the System Administrator (Administrator) belongs to, or the information that is necessary for authentication when the user authentication method is changed.

Click [Configuration].

Select/enter each item in <Administrator Settings> → click [Update].
If using Active Directory Authentication:
Group Name:
Enter the name of the group that Administrator belongs to (user group name).

NOTE
Do not set 'Canon Peripheral Admins' as the primary group.
