Printing on Plain Paper, Heavy Paper, or Index Card
Confirming usable paper
This printer can print plain paper (16.0 to 23.9 lb Bond (60 to 90 g/m²)) and heavy paper (22.9 lb Bond to 60.3 lb Cover (86 to 163 g/m²)) of the following sizes or Index Card.

In case of portrait orientation:
Width 3.27 to 8.50 in. (83.0 to 215.9 mm), Length (Height) 5.00 to 14.00 in. (127.0 to 355.6 mm)
In case of landscape orientation:
Width 5.00 to 8.50 in. (127.0 to 215.9 mm), Length (Height) 5.00 to 8.50 in. (127.0 to 215.9 mm)

Loading paper
Load paper in the paper drawer.
Printing from an application
After loading paper, perform printing.

The print speed drops when printing on heavy paper (22.9 lb Bond to 60.3 lb Cover (86 to 163 g/m²)) or Index Card.
(The print speed drops when printing on 22.9 to 23.9 lb Bond (86 to 90 g/m²) paper if [Paper Type] is set to [Heavy 1].)
