Memory RX Inbox

The Memory RX (Receive) Inbox is an inbox for storing files received by Fax and I-Fax. Files received by the Memory RX Inbox are stored without being printed. You can print or send the stored files whenever necessary.

IMPORTANT

If you want to use Memory Lock, you must first set [Use Fax Memory Lock] and [Use I-Fax Memory Lock] to 'On'. (See "Specifying the Fax/I-Fax Inbox Settings.")

If the capacity of the Fax/I-Fax Inbox is reached, you cannot store any more documents in inboxes. The capacities are indicated below.

Maximum number of stored documents/pages:

These numbers may vary depending on the remaining capacity of the memory.

NOTE
If a message prompting you to enter the PIN appears, enter the number registered in [Memory RX Inbox PIN]. (See "Specifying the Fax/I-Fax Inbox Settings.")
