Displaying the Current Department ID/User Name
You can select whether to display the Department ID or user name on the bottom of the touch panel display.
The item displayed for each login service is shown below:

Press 
(Settings/Registration).
(Settings/Registration). 2.
Press [Preferences] → [Display Settings] → [ID/User Name Display On/Off].
3.
Press [On] → [OK].
Press [Off] if you do not want to display the Department ID/user name.

IMPORTANT

If DepartmentID Authentication is set as the login service and Department ID Management is not being used, the Department ID is not displayed, even if you set [ID/User Name Display On/Off] to 'On'.
