Communication Timeout
If you set a time for Communication Timeout, obtaining address books is cancelled when the Remote Address Book Server is not responding and the set time has elapsed.
If you are using the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3320, optional products are required to use this function. For information on the optional products required to use this function, see "Optional Products Required for Each Function."

Press 
(Settings/Registration).

Press [Set Destination] → [Acquire Remote Address Book] → [Communication Timeout].

Specify the Communication Timeout time by pressing [-] or [+] → press [OK].
