Counter Report
You can manually print the counter report when required.
The items printed for the report and a description of each item are indicated below.
Counter Check Date
Prints the date and time the total counter check report was printed.
Model
Prints the model name of the imageRUNNER ADVANCE machine you are using.
Serial Number
Prints the serial number of the imageRUNNER ADVANCE machine you are using.
Total Counter Type
Prints the total counter type that appears on the counter confirmation screen.
Count
Prints the number for each total counter type.
Send/Fax Counter Type
Prints the counter type that appears on the send/fax counter confirmation screen.

For the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3330i/C3325i/C3320i:
[Send/Fax Counter Type] appears only if the fax function is available for use. If the fax function is not available for use, [Send Counter Type] appears. For the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3320:
[Send/Fax Counter Type] appears only if both the fax function and the Scan and Send function are available for use. [Send Counter Type] appears only if the Scan and Send function is available for use, but the fax function is not available for use. [Fax Counter Type] appears only if the fax function is available for use, but the Scan and Send function is not available for use. |
Count
Prints the number for each counter type.
Printing the Counter Report

Press 
(Counter Check) on the control panel.
