Including Background Images When Generating Word Files
When generating Word files from scanned originals, you can include the image detected as the background in the Word files.
1.
Press
(Settings/Registration).
2.
Press [Function Settings] → [Common] → [Generate File].
3.
Press [Include Background Images in Word File].
4.
Press [On] → [OK].
When [Off] is selected, the image detected as the background is erased. Erasing the background can make it easier to edit text.
