Storing Shortcut Keys

To "Settings/Registration Table."
You can store shortcut keys to be displayed on the Fax screen. You can store up to four desired buttons from [Options].
This feature is useful when you want to store frequently used functions.
For information on the optional products required to use this function, see "Optional Products Required for Each Function."
1.
Press (Settings/Registration).
2.
Press [Function Settings] → [Send] → [Fax Settings].
3.
Press [Register Options Shortcuts].
4.
Select the shortcut button → select the setting to be stored in the button.
To cancel the setting currently stored in a shortcut button, select [Unassigned].
5.
Press [OK] → [OK].
