Using SMTP Authentication for Each User
You can set to use SMTP authentication for each logged in user when using a login service.
For information on the optional products required to use this function, see
"Optional Products Required for Each Function."

Press

Press [Function Settings] → [Send] → [E-Mail/I-Fax Settings].

Press [Use SMTP Authentication for Each User].
4.
Press [On] → [OK].
Select [Off] if you do not want to use SMTP authentication.

If you press  on the top right of the [Scan and Send] screen, and then select [Set SMTP Authentication] from the displayed menu, you can register the user name and password for the logged in user.
