Printing Forwarding Settings

You can print the contents of the forwarding settings that have been specified. Manually print the
Forwarding Conditions List whenever necessary.

For information on the optional products required to use this function, see "Optional Products Required for Each Function."

Press

Press [Function Settings] → [Receive/Forward] → [Common Settings].

Press [Forwarding Settings] → [Other Operations].

Press [Print List].

NOTE
Reports can only be printed if A3, A4, or A4R (plain, recycled, or colour paper) paper is loaded in the paper sources whose settings in Other in [Paper Drawer Auto Selection On/Off] are set to 'On'. However, if you set [Consider Paper Type] to 'On' for Copy in [Paper Drawer Auto Selection On/Off], you cannot print from paper sources set to use colour paper.(See "Enabling Paper Drawer Auto Selection.")

NOTE

Press [Yes].

Press [Close].

The Forwarding Conditions List can only be printed by administrator users. (See "Administrator Settings.")
