Setting an Authorized User E-Mail Address as the Reply-to Destination

If you are using a login service, you can specify to set the e-mail address of the login user as the reply-to destination when sending an e-mail message or I-fax document.
If you are using the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C2020, depending on the region, the optional product is required to use this function. For information on the optional product, see "Optional Products Required for Each Function."

Press (Settings/Registration).

Press [Function Settings] → [Send] → [E-Mail/I-Fax Settings].

Press [Specify Authentication User Dest. to Reply].
4.
Press [On] → [OK].
Select [Off] to set the e-mail address set for the machine as the reply-to destination.
NOTE
If you enter an e-mail address as the reply-to destination on the Options screen when sending an e-mail message or I-fax document, that e-mail address is given priority, even if [Set Authorized User Destination to Sender] is set to 'On'.
