Address Book List

To "Settings/Registration Table."

You can print the contents of the Address Book (address lists 1 to 10 or one-touch buttons). This is useful for checking the details of the destinations. Manually print the list of the selected Address Book whenever necessary.

If you are using the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C2020, depending on the region, the optional product is required to use this function. For information on the optional product, see "Optional Products Required for Each Function."

NOTE
Reports can only be printed if A3, B4, A4, or A4R (plain, recycled, or color paper) paper is loaded in the paper sources whose settings in Other in [Paper Drawer Auto Selection On/Off] are set to 'On'. However, if you set [Consider Paper Type] to 'On' for Copy in [Paper Drawer Auto Selection On/Off], you cannot print from paper sources set to use color paper. (See "Enabling Paper Drawer Auto Selection.")

Press

(Settings/Registration).

Press [Set Destination] → [Address Lists].

Select one of the address lists 1 to 10 or [One-Touch] → press [Print List].

Press [Yes] → [Close].

IMPORTANT
Even if [Manage Address Book Access Numbers] in [Set Destination] (Settings/Registration) is set to 'On', all of the destinations in the selected address list (including those stored with Access numbers) are printed in the Address Book list.
