If SSO-H is set as the login service:
IMPORTANT
To be able to log in using SSO-H, it is necessary to match the current time on the computer in which Active Directory is running and the computer to log in with. If there is more than a 30 minute difference in the current time set in the computers, an error occurs when you log in using SSO-H.
NOTE
If the Default Authentication and System Manager Settings are set, and the Department ID Management is not set, follow the procedure below to log in.
If you are a system manager, enter the System Manger ID and System Password to log in.
If you are a general user, click [Regular User Login].
If Default Authentication and Department ID Management are set, enter the Department ID and password to log in.
SSO-H performs authentication for users registered in Active Directory.
You can use only alphanumeric characters,- (hyphen), or _ (underscore) for a user name for SSO-H authentication. You can log in only if you use valid characters.
You can select up to four trusted domains in addition to the domain the machine belongs to for the DNS domains for SSO-H.
Even if you install multiple login services, they cannot be used simultaneously. Only the login screen for the set login service appears.
