Adjusting Printing to Fit the Paper Size

You can adjust the size of a PDF file to match the paper size when printing.
If the page size in the PDF file exceeds the printable area on the actual paper to print, you can reduce the page size to print accordingly. You can also enlarge the page size to fit your paper size if the page size of the PDF file is smaller than the actual paper to print.
As an example, the procedure for printing files that are stored in memory media is explained in this section.
1.
Press [Access Stored Files] → [Memory Media].
2.
Select the desired memory media → select the location where the file you want to print is stored.
3.
Select the desired file → press [Print] → [Select Paper].
4.
Select the paper size → press [OK].
5.
Press [Options] → [Match Paper Size] → [Close].
